How do I find a product or service?
Browse the 78 catalogue offerings on the Products and Services pages, or use the search bar to find an item by name or category. Open an item to see its description, current listed price and stock quantity.
How do I ask for a quote?
Open a product, choose Buy Now or Continue with WhatsApp, and share your quantity and requirements. You can also use the Request a Quote form on the Contact page. The message opens in WhatsApp for you to review and send.
Are the prices shown final?
The price shown is the current listed rate. The final amount can depend on quantity, size, material, finish and design requirements. Please confirm the full quote with RSprint before paying.
Does the stock quantity guarantee availability?
The listed quantity is the current catalogue stock figure. Please confirm availability with RSprint before placing or paying for an order.
Can I customise an item?
Yes. Share the size, material, finish, quantity, design direction and any reference artwork. RSprint will confirm the available options and final quote.
Can I provide my own artwork?
Yes. Share your design file or reference through WhatsApp. RSprint will review it and let you know if any changes are needed for the requested output.
What happens when I choose Buy Now?
Buy Now opens an order enquiry where you can enter your details and requirements. It does not confirm or place an order automatically. RSprint will confirm the details with you.
How can I pay?
After RSprint confirms your order and final amount, the checkout page can open Google Pay on a supported phone. Check the payee and amount in the payment app before approving. The website does not process or verify payments.
How long will an order take, and do you deliver?
Turnaround, delivery availability and charges depend on the product, quantity and destination. RSprint will confirm these details with your quote.
