Requirements, availability, specifications, quantity, materials, finishing, timelines, delivery and final pricing are confirmed directly with you. A quote becomes an order only after both you and RSPRINT Salem agree to the final details in writing and any agreed next steps are completed.

Artwork and customer materials

You are responsible for ensuring that text, logos, images and other materials you provide are accurate and that you have permission to use them. Review proofs and specifications carefully before approving production. Changes after approval may affect the quote, schedule or feasibility; discuss these with us before work proceeds.

Payment, delivery and changes

This website does not currently accept online payment. Payment method, any advance, delivery or collection, cancellation, revision, defect resolution and applicable timelines are agreed for each order before it is accepted. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Website use and availability

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful or harmful content. We aim to keep catalogue information available and useful, but the site may be changed or temporarily unavailable.
